Delivery Costs

For deliveries within the UK (excluding Southern and Northern Ireland) the following charges apply;

Standard Delivery, 2-4 working days = £9.99 (ex VAT)

Next Day Delivery, for orders placed before 12:00 noon = £14.99(ex VAT)

Please call us for orders outside of the UK.

Tracking Your Delivery

We will provide you with the tracking number for your items. If your items have not arrived by the time expected please contact the courier in the first instance, failing this please contact us on 0843 289 9271.

Terms and conditions

All purchases from Quest CCTV Ltd are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available in the “Terms” section of our website. A written copy is also available on request.

VAT

All items on our website are priced exclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your products, or you receive them in a faulty condition please fill out the returns form below to request a Returns Number, you may also call us to obtain this number.

Notice for consumer customers.

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 14 working days beginning the day after your goods are received. The unused goods (including any free gifts) must be returned as originally packaged at the customer’s expense. You must still apply for a returns number as described above. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
