5 year warranty.

We provide a complete 5 year warranty on all of our products, this includes all Generation Series DVR units, and our range of PTZ cameras. Our 5 year warranty ensures complete peace of mind and ensures complete satisfaction. If you are an installation company offering a maintenance policy on your equipment, would a 5 year warranty help to increase your margins? In addition to this for our account holders we offer an advance replacement facility in the first two years.

14 Day Product Evaluation.

We want you and your customers to be happy with the equipment that has been chosen. That's why we will give you a 14 day period to evaluate the products. When you place an order with us simply let us know that you wish to try the items on an evaluation basis, we will then send you the products and from your date of receipt you will have 14 days to test them. If in the unlikely event you feel that the products you have chosen are not suitable for your application simply return them to us and we will replace the items with an alternative item or credit the cost of the goods back to you. This facility in addition to our design and specification service ensures that you get the right products for your application all of the time.

Technical support.

Our technical support service allows us to provide you and your customers with an ongoing support. This includes remote system support in addition to live telephone support services and on-site support. Time is precious, that's why we want to ensure your time is not spent dealing with any problems or complications that may arise. If there is any aspect of installing or using the equipment that you wish to have support with we are always on hand. We understand that this support should not come at a cost which is why our telephone support does not use a premium rate number. We also offer a remote technical support facility, where we can "dial-in" to systems connected to the Internet to help you diagnose problems and also help configure the system. If you are on site and a customer is having there system connected to the Internet, we are even able to dial in and configure the router and system for you. Allowing you more time to carry out your other tasks. Who else offers you such extensive support for your installations?

Product Demonstrations. A picture speaks a thousand words. We understand this which is why we offer an on-site product demonstration service. Many customers like to see what they are getting, and a product specification sheet sometimes simply will not do. Customers may want to see the product in the flesh and assess how it will look in their situations, and also to the the quality of the systems. When this is the case, or if you feel it may help you get the order we will visit your customer with you and demonstrate the equipment to them, allowing your customers to see for themselves the quality of the equipment they will be getting. This invaluable service is something that can truly set you apart from your competition.

Design and specification service.

We are able to offer help and assistance in the designing and specifying of equipment to meet your requirements. This can be from a simple camera recommendation, to a full design of a multiple site surveillance project. Our design team will work closely with you to ensure that we meet the needs and demands of your customers, matching the right products to the requirements of your brief. Our design team will then present you with a detailed specification proposal that you can present to your customer and a full quotation for you to assess the costs. You may wish to consider this service in addition to our product demonstration service. By allowing us to specify and design a project for you it give you more time to deal with your customers and gain extra business.
