We want you and your customers to be happy with the equipment that has been chosen. That's why we will give you a 14 day period to evaluate the products. When you place an order with us simply let us know that you wish to try the items on an evaluation basis, we will then send you the products and from your date of receipt you will have 14 days to test them. If in the unlikely event you feel that the products you have chosen are not suitable for your application simply return them to us and we will replace the items with an alternative item or credit the cost of the goods back to you. This facility in addition to our design and specification service ensures that you get the right products for your application all of the time.

We also offer a remote technical support facility, where we can "dial-in" to systems connected to the Internet to help you diagnose problems and also help configure the system. When this is the case, or if you feel it may help you get the order we will visit your customer with you and demonstrate the equipment to them, allowing your customers to see for themselves the quality of the equipment they will be getting.
